Segmentia’s new sound is heavier, the atmosphere darker, visually the
band is as delicious as a French film. In their music, Segmentia weaves
together observations of the shadows of existence, blending them into
melancholic melodies with metal elements.
Segmentia’s mission in music is to trigger deeper thinking, remember
the true nature of the living and to ease the loneliness one may feel
during life’s heavier moments. Thus Segmentia forms a space where
the shadows are not escaped, but embraced.
Known for their energetic and sincere live performances, Segmentia
channels the traditionally melancholic spirit of Finland into a form
